How big is a woman’s vagina?

The word ‘vagina’ is not an obscene word
and we’re not in the position to question the First Amendment.

–Bill Rosendahl

The vagina is typically a closed muscular reproductive organ that contains little space. However, the vagina accommodatingly expands during sexual arousal and and opens to approximately two inches in width and five to seven inches in depth—or a bit bigger than the average human penis. Go figure.

During child-birth a woman’s vagina can open 4-5 inches in diameter (a space that could only be filled by a whale’s penis)! Needless to say, post-birth vaginas take time to retract to their original HUMAN dimensions.

Therefore, the size of a woman’s vagina varies…with aroused open vagina showing more satisfaction (and readiness for sex!) than the closed/tight vagina – which really isn’t sexy at all.

Then there is the debate about the sexy shape of a woman’s labia, but I’ll leave that for another day. Instead, here’s a video about the big size and shape of various animal vaginas!
