Why do guys have nipples?
Without breasts, nipples would be pointless. –Jody Nathan
The sex of a fetus is indistinguishable until the eighth week of pregnancy, when males begin to differentiate themselves. By that time though, most organs—including nipples and milk ducts—have already begun forming and are there to stay.
So why do guy’s milk-ducts fail to lactate, or produce milk?
Well, only pregnant and nursing females produce the hormones needed to support lactation, but guys who receive hormone supplements can expel viable breast milk via their not-so-useless nipples!
